AIF’s CEO Dr Raymond Madden and his colleague Dr Wan Nursofiza Wan Azmi, Director of Strategy, Policy Development and Research, were in Cambodia recently for bilateral meetings with the National Bank of Cambodia.
Dr Madden met with Her Excellency Chea Serey, Director General of National Bank of Cambodia and explored potential areas in research collaboration in the area of talent management and discussed issues in talent management facing the financial services industry. They also deliberated on various aspects of human capital challenges in light of the ASEAN Economic Community in 2015.
A briefing was also held for members of senior management of the Bank to share AIF’s core activities as well as our research findings on Generation Y in the financial services industry.
