AIF’s annual International Symposium 2018 which was held at Sasana Kijang, Kuala Lumpur on 29 August 2018, attracted some 200 delegates and featured over 20 expert speakers from the financial services industry and other international organisations. The event, themed ‘Talent Transformation: Developing Digital Mindsets and Competencies’, discussed what is required to future proof talent management in the digital age.
