AIF’s case study on Bank Islam’s transformation bags Best Islamic Finance Case award

Asian Institute of Finance’s case study entitled ‘Dare to Lead: Transformation of Bank Islam Malaysia’ was announced as the winner for Best Islamic Finance case 2014, as part of the 4th Global Islamic Finance Awards 2014 held in Dubai recently.

This prestigious award was collected by Dato’ Sri Zukri Samat, Managing Director of Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad and AIF’s Board member as well as by Dr Wan Nursofiza Wan Azmi, Director, Strategy, Policy Development & Research of Asian Institute of Finance (AIF). The case writers are Dr Raymond Madden, CEO of AIF and Dr Wan Nursofiza Wan Azmi.

The Global Islamic Finance Awards highlight best practices in Islamic banking and finance and celebrate the successes of institutions and individuals, with a focus on promoting social responsibility, Shari’ah authenticity and commitment to Islamic banking and finance.
