Talent Management Training Programme for Central Bankers, Kuala Lumpur

Bank Negara Malaysia recently conducted a Talent Management Training Programme dedicated to Central Bankers from close to 20 countries.  As part of the programme, Dr. Raymond Madden, CEO of Asian Institute of Finance was invited to deliver a Masterclass on the challenges in managing Generation Y employees as well as share the Institute’s research findings on the expectations of Millennials in the financial services industry.

This piece of research, which boasts more than 1,000 respondents in Malaysia alone, was conducted in collaboration with the Ashridge Business School, UK. The Masterclass was well attended by more than 50 participants and was followed by an interactive discussion on the success factors in engaging and retaining Generation Y employees, especially in the ever competitive financial services sector.
