Asian Banking School & the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers Launched

Bank Negara Malaysia Governor and Chairman of the Asian Institute of Finance, Y Bhg Tan Sri Dr Zeti Akhtar Aziz on Wednesday officially launched Asian Banking School (ABS), a school dedicated to developing talent within the banking industry in Malaysia and beyond.  ABS is built upon the experience and expertise of Institute Bank Bank Malaysia in providing professional qualifications and training programmes. ABS will have five distinct roles of thought leadership, capability development, certification, apprenticeship and industry awareness.

 

At the same event, the Institute Bank Bank Malaysia was renamed as the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers.
